Attainable Homes Build Sustainable Communities

The Little Lanes Initiative promotes home construction where zoning and sewering allow small neighborhoods of deed restricted year round homes for middle income buyers - those who make too much to qualify for “Big A” affordable housing subsidies, but not enough to afford the kinds of homes available in the Lower  Cape Cod area. The Little Lanes Initiative has been developed by a small group of Orleans citizens with input from over 100 experts from across the Cape Cod and the United States, with authoritative knowledge in development, construction, finance, banking, investment, real estate, law, town government, and other areas.
